Return Policy For Products
We take great pride in all the designs we create, and curate. However, we completely understand if there are reasons that the product needs to be returned. To check our return policy in detail here.
Water Feature
- Cases Where Return Can Be Processed (Return can be processed only within 48 hours of delivery)
1.1 Damaged on arrival.
1.2 Manufacturing defect or expired product.
1.3 Incorrect product or wrong order.
- Cases Where Return Cannot Be Processed
2.1 No longer needed the product.
2.2 Any other reason.
- Return Policies
3.1 Clear image required.
3.2 Need to retain the original packaging and tags of the product.
3.3 Refund will be processed after inspection of the product (pick-up within 3 days).
3.4 Return request will be cancelled if the customer does not allow product pick-up in 7 days after the request.
3.5 Refund will be processed only in the initial mode of payment.
- Exclusions
4.1 No returns acceptable for wood finish or grains/knots in wood furniture.
4.2 No returns would be accepted for shape & size unless discrepant to that mentioned on the website.

4.2 No returns for difference in color combinations.
4.3 No returns for leakages.

4.2 No returns for thickness unless in case of discrepancy with what is mentioned on the website.
4.3 Small Products cannot be returned.
4.4 No returns would be acceptable for looks/polish in vintage products.
Refund
The order amount will be credited to you within 10-days from the day of initiating the refund. In case of returns, the refund will be initiated once the returned product is reviewed and inspected by our team. If a Product is returned under our Return Policy, the value of such product, as originally paid by you will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Vuee Design the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online account..
